What to Bring to the Event

Preparing for a one-day event may seem simple: “I’ll just grab a few things and I’m ready to go!” Then you suddenly realize your towel is still drying on the radiator, and your swimsuit, paws, and favorite T-shirt are… who knows where.

To help you start your day without rushing, we’ve put together a checklist of what to keep in mind before heading to Monor for the Season Furs meet.

Basics

You don’t need to pack large suitcases or a week’s worth of survival gear – this is a one-day event. Your phone, wallet, and documents are probably already with you, but consider bringing a few extras:

  • Layered Clothing: A winter coat is an obvious choice for the winter season, but in spring or autumn, it’s also a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket, since early mornings and evenings can be chilly.

  • Spare T-Shirt: An extra T-shirt always comes in handy, especially if you’re fursuiting, dancing a lot, or attending during the summer heat. A quick change of clothes can make a big difference in your comfort!

  • Only bring what you really need! Since there is no staffed cloakroom, it’s important that you can keep everything with you comfortably throughout the day.

For Wellness – if you’d like to relax

One of VRtheMagic’s special features is that the event venue includes a mini wellness area with two jacuzzis, a sauna, and showers.

If you want to unwind and enjoy some relaxation, be sure to bring: Swimsuit, Towel, Slippers.

These three items are essential for using the wellness area. It is also much more comfortable and hygienic to walk in slippers than to slide around barefoot on the tiles.

Don’t forget about meals!

It’s easy to forget to eat during an all-day meetup, but it’s important to have a meal at least two or three times throughout the day. You can bring sandwiches or simple snacks, or order lunch from one of the nearby restaurants and have it delivered to the venue.

There’s no need to bring soft drinks or alcohol, as the house rules strictly prohibit bringing beverages into the venue. If you want something to drink, you can purchase it at the on-site bar.
