Location

The VRtheMagic Experience and Event Center is the perfect choice for both those who want to have fun and those who want to relax. The entrance ticket includes access to the jacuzzi and sauna for total relaxation.

Remember that the venue has a bar where drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks) and alcoholic beverages are available. It is therefore forbidden to bring drinks from outside into the venue!

Accessibility

Public Transport

Monor is only 30 km from Budapest and can be easily reached by train or bus. The S50 and Z50 passenger trains departing from Keleti station will take you to the city in 30 minutes. The venue is only a 5-10 minute walk from Monor station.

Arriving by bus is also easy, as the Monor bus stops are only a 5-10 minute walk from the event center.

By Car

he venue is easily accessible by car from both the main road 4 and the M4 highway.

• From the main road 4: Drive on Ady Endre street towards the railroad crossing and then turn left after the Spar to get to Jókai street.

• From the M4 highway: Take the Monor exit and continue on József Attila Street until you reach Kossuth Lajos Street. Turn right and at the first traffic circle turn left into Ady Street. After 800 meters you will find Jókai Street on the right.

What should you bring with you?

In short: only bring what you actually need during the event, e.g. your mobile phone, a sweater or jacket, depending on the weather, and perhaps a spare T-shirt. There is no fixed or guarded cloakroom on site; instead, a limited number of hangers are available for communal use.

Fursuit Lounge

As with any major event, the Fursuit Lounge will of course be in operation, where you can store your fursuit if you are a registered fursuiter. If you wish, you can also leave your fursuit there in the evening hours between Saturday and Monday. It is important to note that the Fursuit Lounge is neither an ordinary cloakroom nor a storage facility for non fursuit related valuables. Therefore, items that are not suitable for the lounge, such as rollers, will be removed by the lounge staff.

Sauna and Jacuzzi

The wellness area of the event center offers two jacuzzis and a sauna for those who want to relax. Please bring your swimsuit, a towel and slippers to use the wellness facilities.

There are communal hangers and a limited number of lockable lockers for changing.

Charging station

Once again this year, there is a phone charging station with lockers. The lockers are equipped with Micro-USB, USB-C and Lightning ports, which you can use to safely charge your mobile phone and smaller smart devices, regardless of the model.

Parking

An enclosed courtyard parking lot is available at the venue, free of charge for event participants. To ensure availability of spaces, please indicate in your profile if you require a parking space.
